Returns
All Sales Are Final. Upon purchase, you automatically agree to our return policy. If an item has been missing or did not get delivered, you must call USPS to file a dispute. There are no refunds. Please look at clothing to see exchange policy.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Clothing- Are true to size unless noted otherwise. If your clothing item that you ordered does not fit you have 3 days to return to our warehouse. I will then look over the piece to see the condition, and determine if your item can be exchanged. Upon determination, if the item marked as an exchange, I will then send out a new size. Exchanges must be made with the same color and style. You cannot exchange with any other different color, style, or material. ( Exchanges are only for the same exact piece but different size.)

**All items must be in the original packaging and unopened. Once the package is opened we cannot issue you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at elizainezbeauty@gmail.com Exchanges are for the same item that was damaged or defective or did not fit. If that product is out of stock, you may choose another product of equal or less price.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.
